People in these distressed situations can generally not get what they need from an agent, and therefore don't even try.No matter what the market does, there will always be burnt out land lords, people moving next week, folks who inherited a house they don't want, parents looking to pay their kids tuition....they're out there..... in a neighborhood near you!

Putting liability issues aside, you and your parent clients may think you are performing a "service" (for profit btw) but those six cars that pick up and drop off the kids twice a day were not and are not part of what the HOA negotiated with the county regarding traffic and access.
