i'm looking into BRRRR strategy that in a certain way could speed up of portfolio growing. in case of No US citizen re-finance could be an issue or registered LLC in US with lawyer with power attorney could be sufficient to have money from bank? 

With a team in place, the idea of out of state investing doesn't have to be overwhelming!

Its cool to see there's quite a few people in similar shoes interested in the power of RE over here. 

@Ryan Crofford If I could give you any advice it would be to forget about wholesaling...its pointless to ponder away the power of equity and building a massive portfolio simply because you don't understand how to structure a deal and control or own property.

I've spoken with other successful real estate investors in the area/brokerage owners & they all say that particular appraiser is a "power freak that loves killing deals".

Househacking by itself is powerful enough.

@Casey Powers Someone privately messaged me from this thread, recommended their broker, and I'm meeting with him on Saturday.  100% commission, very fair fee per each transaction, really low monthly fee. 

We have a great power team and are adding/working with new people everyday.

Powerful stuff in his 50mil year all while working a full time job.
