Take a wholesale training course. 

From my experience, be careful with bribing for good reviews, it will train customers to complain or threaten for what they want.

In my area like many, they keep building strip malls like there is no tomorrow.Does anyone but me see a future train wreck here?

My wholesale company wholesales around 15mo and we have trained the sales team to present all of the sellers options to them so THEY can make an informed decision.
