I was supposed to close on my rehab and collect a nice chunk of change.....It turned out a little different.I agreed to watch my mothers dog last night.

I usually work on weekends and late at night.

The consensus seems to be that the Toronto market will not dive but will not increase at a great rate either over the next 10 years.One hand tells me to hold the property until is paid off and fund my retirement.

If there are a lot of bargains compared to your home state maybe the differences come from a structural problem that will bite you when you dive in.

Then the other night while talking we were discussing how we still wanted a vacation property.Has anybody here just started off by buying vacation properties?

Also having a team that can dive in or people you can hire in the local markets (BPO agents, etc).It is all about the price you pay and how you set the terms.John Corey

You also have to be prepared for angry neighbors from late night partying etc.I would try to find a local management company to help you with the property.
