Today I took action on checking out a potential sellers mobile home.

If I can verify the information on the app and then decide to move forward, the tenant must provide the background check fee, a copy of their license, and their social security number.

Nor would you want the end of the world that would follow.Since by our constitution you have to pay taxes in dollars and we own the lion share of out own debt, much of this debate is moot.Had to comment via mobile app.

Update, it was unavailable on my iphone through the podcast app/itunes and the website as it wouldn't pull up on the episode page, BUT am now listening to it after clicking to listen in a new window.  

Bandit signs work, but they generate random calls - you don't know if the caller has equity, a mobile home, etc.  

I know all your transactions might be in your banking app, but trust me.

Also ask for the full application and app fee when showing and say, you have 2 more people interested as well and you want to make sure they get it.

Self storage, mobile home parks, RV parks typically fit the bill.

As for now would I add that to rents apart of "utilities" and how has anyone ran background checks on tenants, and what software, app or other things are you using to have tenants pay rent etc. please help any feedback works.
