I hope that there's enough meat on the bone for you in the deal when the 2 years is up after all of your carrying costs. 

If the deal collapses and I would lose everything, I'm out.

But then again all this means is you have an automated way to lose money faster with a chance to get lucky and make some money.But like Chris Seveny said. 

With hopes that they will stick around for a while we decided to bend this rule for them.
