Pet Policy update

Hi all,

I have a rental property with a no pet policy. Our tenants reach out recently and asked if they could get a cat. Normally this would be an automatic no, but these particular tenants are by far the best we've ever had and unbelievably clean. With hopes that they will stick around for a while we decided to bend this rule for them. My question is do I need to redo the lease or can I just change that page on the lease to update it? Thanks all in advance
