ZenSkysstays.com has reached to me regarding one of my rental listing in Texas. They are offering to rent the property then sublease it for me. Has anyone ever heard of Zens Stays? Blue Moon LLC?

Never heard of them.

Before considering:

What is their experience?

Get a high lease price or profit sharing, due to the extra wear and tear.

Make sure they are licensed and insured and local.

Get a personal guarantee outside of their LLC name.
