Does anyone know of a good (legit) real estate school online for Texas?

Just make sure your wholesaler is legit and sends good deals, because unfortunately it's kind of a trend that newbies starts as wholesalers and in my opinion you should work with experience ones.

If the deal, the company and the returns are legit, they really don't need to advertise. 

If it's a legit wholesale deal and you are buying deeper than 70% minus repairs and below, there isn't a hard money lender around that won't lend on it.

Maybe one of the towns the are opening casinos in also like liberty.

I've watched all of his videos on his site and youtube and it seems like a legit deal.

So not only do I search for and assign properties on contract, I do most of the leg work such as finding legit comps, repair estimates, etc before I present my deals to buyers such as yourself.

You want to make sure this is all legit and you aren't dealing with a professional tenant.

Is this a legit situation or can I fight this?
