Hi,I am new to the game, and was wondering if anyone can recommend the next set of books I should read to help better prepare me for my first investment property.

Hello I'm new at the whole real estate investing game and after reviewing a few different strategies I feel like wholesaling is for me.

Then use all your efforts and time to learn that part of the "game".

I am just getting back 'into the game' after a decade long (unintentional) hiatus. 

First off, I am a total newb to the real estate game, but have been doing a lot of research over the past year including reading both of Daniel Green's books, (which are awesome) and am ready to start the process of analyzing properties and various markets.

My question to those out there that have been in the game for a long time.

@Elijah Crew, not sure that most private lenders will do 100% financing, most want to see some skin in the game.

The market is always changing and this is a game of adapting to it!

You're playing the long game anyway.

Sure properties are more expensive to buy but if we were already in the game we got a ton of appreciation and I feel this is a new normal not bubble in my area.
