Hey, I'm a newly certified lead risk assessor/asbestos inspector in the Poughkeepsie/NYC area looking for an opportunity to gain work experience in the field, not necessarily looking for a job, just some hands-on training. 

Does anyone have experience in this field?

This can cause allot of sleepless nights and time spent fielding calls, answering questions.

I was referring to me using the "Listing Broker" agent who is listed on the HudHomeStore under the "Agent Info" tab (where they list the Asset Manager and Field Service Manager)Meaning is it ok to use that agent to submit my bid, who then would be representing both me (buyer) and HUD (seller) ... or should I not use that agent?
