Does a SharePoint customer care app is suitable for this field?
Hi, I'm new to this forum in the sense of posting a thread. I have visited this forum many times before, mostly when I had any doubts regarding my properties.
I'm a developer by profession, but a business person by the mind. I have been working with a few trustee real estate agents for the past few years in part-time. I always had an interest in this area, but my lack of experience drag me back from being a full-time real estate person.
The team I am tying up is an established one, and they have people like me to get them more opportunities, once they get business from it we will also get a commission of the profit.
Three months back, a few of my friends and I started an agency to help and connect real estate brokers and people who wish to sell or buy lands. Currently, we are working on building a website for the same, and it is almost done. Even though all of us have 3+ years of experience in working under a tremendous real estate team, still we are being considered as beginners! So to give the extra mile, we are planning to launch as a full-fledged label, like we plan to have a cloud-based document management system and a customer support app.
As of now, we use Microsoft SharePoint for documenting, so obviously, our first thought will go behind SharePoint customer support apps. So I posted on my Instagram and FB to get suggested with good SharePoint apps for customer support. I got too many references, among dock 365 SharePoint customer support app fits our budget, even though it doesn't seem ideal for a real estate business, but has basic features that every business wants.
Though I got referred to this by my social media network and most of them don't even know about the work we do in the real estate field, so it isn't a good idea to just follow it blindly.
Thinking of getting expert advice, I retained about the veterans of this board, so does it look like a wise decision to choose a SharePoint customer care app for a real estate business? I have mentioned the website link so that you can have a look at it.
Sorry for this feeble explanation, yet I can provide you with further details if needed.
Thanks.
