Should a buyer use the HUD Listing Broker to submit a bid.

Hi,

I'm looking to buy my first home on HUD and I'm wondering should I use the HUD Listing Broker to submit my bid, or should I get another local realtor who has experience with HUD, does it matter? and is there any conflict of interest because the Listing Broker is representing HUD.

Thank you to all of the experienced real estate professionals who post on Bigger Pockets. I have really learned a lot.

Hi Greg,

Thank you so much for your reply, I have read 100's of your posts on here and can't thank you enough.

For the record, I wasn't hoping to gain any inside knowledge on other bids, I was just thinking it might make the HUD process and deadlines easier to meet if only 1 agent was involved.

I will look for my own agent to submit the bid, and NOT use the HUD Listing Broker.

Thanks again for your replies guys.
