Four houses on a single parcel such as two acres would be a commercial loan. 

If it is reasonably sized, most places will let you use their space since the group will order food and drinks.

There are 4 single MH's and a duplex in 2 parcels that make 27 acres.

Take the Parcel ID and look up at the assessors site.

If they put locks on the bathroom doors at the local fast food restaurants, that's getting too dicey for me.I'd seriously consider the property located where your indicator is.

Some areas will probably be better than others.For the later drive, focus on rolling through fast foods, gas stations, business districts, and see if the buses are full or not.The people you see on these two drives will be your pool of applicants.Take a paper map and make notes on it, and don't appear expensively dressed, or lost.You can take a friend (co-pilot) and have some fun there too.Just my two cents.Good Luck!

@Pat JacksonIf the seller is the same person, there are some lenders that will allow the two parcels to be wrapped together if they are contiguous.

a house across from me is a being sold, met the old lady living there she is basically blind so I’m guessing they are taking her home or putting her ima home the inside is very very old no new renovation looks like 1950’s-60’s they are selling for 150k very nice neighborhood, park, college land high school right by the house and a bunch of restaurants fast food down the street but if anyone located in Dallas Texas wants to help me wholesale this deal you’d get a great payoff it’s a good house just needs renovations updating!
