When you are buying in a C neighborhood what are you looking for? Obviously, in a C neighborhoods the schools aren't the best, but how bad of a school can you consider? Also in a C neighborhood crime can be a little higher . If you are lookin at Trulia crime maps your property in a C Neighborhood can be in a darker shade of blue. How much crime can you tolerate in C neighborhood? Obviously stay away from areas with a lot of violent crimes, but how dark shade of blue on Trulia heat maps can you tolerate when investing in C neighborhoods ?
