The amount of information was overwhelming at first but I returned every day, started to listen 3 - 4 podcasts a day, analyse 4 - 10 deals, read forum's expertise .. just trying to absorb as much information as I can.

Been doing all my researching and learning every day and I’ve saved up a good amount for a down payment through an FHA loan.. my goal was to start looking for a deal in a whole other state within the next few months but now I don’t know if that’s a good decision considering what’s going on with Covid-19.
