If you would like, I would be happy to review the loan estimate for you to make sure you are getting a good/fair rate.Just a clarification, this could not be an FHA 203(k) loan unless it's your primary residence - this will be an investment property, correct?

I would suggest the same Trulia and Zillow and see what apartments are listed forI use BiggerPockets rental estimator but id say its very similar to rentometer

The original estimated taxes due/assessment was sent out over 6 weeks ago in FL if I remember correctly and taxes start to become due on 11/30 (to get full payment discount).

The seller owes the bank 240K, my contractor estimated 20K for rehab, ARV is about 355 - 360K my question is do I need to put 25% down when refinancing?
