The first time I had a seller respond to a post card I was a nervous wreck.

(Buy a piece of furniture on store credit and make steady payments for 4 or 5 months and then pay it all off, get a credit-building loan, get a secured credit card or a Chase freedom card [you build points every time you use it, I have a whole plan devised on that], etc.)SAVE, SAVE, SAVE Put in hours of diligent research.

So when investor #2 doesn't have the funds to fix the repairs, they either have to use credit cards, take out a heloc, borrow money from a bank or friends or sell one of the homes.  

This is anecdotal, but I think signing up for and using business credit cards where you provide the tax id for your entity seems to get some traction in getting your PAYDEX going.

I figure I am going to need a phone line, website, a budget for SEO, business cards, and a BP Pro account. 

With the closing scheduled for this week, the wholesaler tells me there is no green card that my lawyer is asking for.

My tenants love it and there are no fees on either side if using a bank or debit card.

 @Adrian Tilley |  @Jon PoolWhile there often are some really strange case law out there and without taking sides, I just can't see how say a bank like JPM for instance (or any bank for that matter), can tell a customer that a default on an unsecured personal debt or credit card, would/could in and of itself trigger a default on a mortgage held with the same lender.

Small refrigerator magnet, plastic card, very thick business card, etc.

This is why some firms pay their employees by deposits onto debit cards, and then they can get cash via an ATM.
