I spoke to Tenant 1 on the phone who had a story about Tenant 2 being newer to the country (long story about background, lack of education, lack of credit, etc.)

Educate yourself and jump in when you're ready.

Hello @Chad McClanahanI believe today is the best time to get started.Opportunities always abound, its just that education , experience and training may be required to spot the opportunity right under our noses.

@Francis Figueroa I would first recommend some self education before diving in.

Of course, if you are just looking to jump in and get started while getting education along the way - that in itself is a great goal as well!
