Any general tips for House Hacking? Mistakes you may have made or things you wish you knew prior to the application process, closing, and buying the home? Books to read? First-time home buyer that is excited but nervous!

Hey @Francis Figueroa!! House Hacking is, in my opinion, the easiest way to get into real estate investing. I would recommend checking out Craig Curelop's book about house hacking, start researching all of the strategies that interest you; rent by room, short-term rental, etc. and get after it! I'd also recommend speaking with an investor-friendly agent in your market as well as an investor-friendly lender to get more information.
