Hey everyone I feel that I have bumped into situation and this is how it goes, I ended up selling my duplex Investment (cash) closing still hasn’t taken effect it is in process as of now I figured I’d use the finalize contract to show proof of funds and start getting Preapproved for my next investment which is a four Plex.  

I have been listening to the BP podcasts for a while now and the speakers usually advice 4-plex and above rather than a duplex to get more earning potential.
