My mom is retired, epileptic, and is very nervous about the money drying up.

No hibachis within 10 feet, 1 car only, guests park on street, no shoes on hardwoods, no grease down drains, no noise after ---, no guests more than x days, no pet sitting, no non operating cars, water the lawn, responsible for all unsubstantiated repair calls, no solvents, no cleaning your motorcycle in the living room, no candles, no drying your fish on the roof, no couches on the front lawn, no blocking furnace vents you dumb axx, no materials with x feet of furnace, no alterations of any kind, etc etc

We have used 3 fans to dry the ceiling for past 2 days.

What I did was look around for wash/fold/dry places instead.

The only way it won't leak is if it was pumped completely dry when it was decommissioned.  

The whole time the convention is milking dry what little money the new agent has to survive and NAR is getting money back on a side deal with the third party vendors.

I actually suggested it when she was asking where it would be dry since we are having torrential rains. 

At the very least, drying them on high heat for 20 minutes then bagging them also kills eggs/ bugs.I would supply those affected units with 30-40 large garbage bags and rolls of quarters to go to laundromat to dry all their clothes for 20-30 minutes on high heat to facilitate their cleaning, then schedule the treatment once they have completed the cleaning and bagging of clothes in a couple of days. everything will get sprayed after clothes are removed.  

Carpets even when treated delicately only last a handful of years, even a moderate spill can do permanent damage to the padding underneath unless you pull it all up and dry it.I assume you mean in your garage you did that?
