You might want to EXPAND the number of investors you work with so that you'd have some more options (create a little competition for your deals).Could you get a part-time / evening job that would take some of the pressure off you financially to give you a bit more breathing room?

Hopefully you bought the park for a song and have deep pockets.I've seen a few parks turned but its a huge undertaking and very frustrating.There was a bank owned park here that auctioned, 83 sites, our bid was $113k.
