Their sense of ethics wouldn't allow them to put out crap.

If you spend time you can handle inquires on your credit by yourself.I do not know this company but it sounds like a dump truck load full of crap to me.If credit score is high but debt ratio is too much getting off inquiries will not help. 750 and above is about the top 10% of credit scores nationally.

Quasi - "Celebs" have had their names made on TV shows, then they go off selling crap via seminars.

The contract I signed was never drawn up by an attorney...my ex is using a contract from one of the Wholesaling gurus out there marketing their crap for sale.

I had a flat roof at my office that needed to be worked on every 4-5 years even after the promise of the installation of magic rubber membranes and all kinds of other crap.  

That "crap" deal on Loopnet might actually be a good deal if you call/email the broker and find out that the seller is really motivated and will sell for $x less or the seller has 7 other buildings for sale not listed.

Set them about 30 mins apart and bring a something to read while you wait in between.Otherwise the only advice is prescreen the crap out of your tenants on the phone.

CC is too expensive (and double that $100 for American CC's/ per week BTW) for crap results and that leaves emails, texting and RVM's (and having me or a hired, having to teach, VA CC is not the answer). 

Some will do loans now but want reserves.I can see areas for houses that were never meant to go up and are crap hole areas to crater pretty hard in about 3 to 6 months.
