Hello does anyone have experience with the real estate course "Link Options" by Keith and Shannon French. I'm trying to find info on what's it about. Thanks

I know Keith and Shannon French. Shannon French is a member here but not very active.

While not specifically familiar with their program, I know them well enough to trust it is a good product. Their sense of ethics wouldn't allow them to put out crap. I also know they use the program themselves and have done quite well with it.

They have a unique way of doing lease options. Basically as I understand it they are finding rent to own tenant buyers and linking them up with owners who don't have a lot of other good options for moving their house. This is a terrific strategy for today's market because it solves problems for both tenant/buyer and seller. Happy investing - Ned
