They are legit.. newer company with a younger couple heading it up

Greger   In addition to the great advice above, most lenders will require proof of funds to start the project, as you'll have to "front" the rehab funds to get started, then the property will be inspected and the rehab funds released from the lender according to a draw schedule.  

The guys said it best.Make sure you can actually get started before you get started like @John Underwood said.Plus I would really look at just getting more properties like @Mark Miles said.I think you will be ahead in the long run.

5) If any of you reading this were starting out and trying to start a wholesaling business, what would be some steps you would take in completing your first deal?

(what company has he founded that you hear about ANYWHERE other than his guru stuff?).

I have decided it's time to start having roof maintenance done yearly from now on. 

Ask a real estate agent in the area for a few closing companies. 

My partners and I have just started looking into this.
