Some items were taken out completely, and other we agreed were my responsibility and not the tenant.This may not sound like a win, when we agree that I would pay an item rather than the tenant, but it just makes sense.

Granted, it will be taken care of by the management company so I suppose this should be an non issue if I have a good management company.Numbers wise, these properties make perfect sense.
