A blanket mail campaign would be hard to do to devise for specific properties, Do you have cash to buy if you look for sellers first?

For large mailing campaigns I have outsourced, but sometimes I just want to mail like 75 letters and that should be done by me.

If that doesn't work you may need to just put the seller into your follow up campaign.  

Are you just looking on the MLS and similar sites or have you started a direct mail marketing campaign?

Most of the time, change the default setting to “ people in my targeted location” by going to campaign → settings → location options (advanced) → target → people in my targeted location.

I'll remind you Jorge, that you reached out to me in the same way a couple of months back:I’m just curious: would you recommend someone, as a wholesaler, just launch campaign after campaign and track responses and hone in on the more successful pieces and frequency OR is there a source like a marketing course or book or periodical where someone doing the latter could gain insight and have an “aha!”

I am currently driving for dollars and starting my first mailing campaign, as well as assembling a buyers list.
