and remember you are out-of-state looking for a loan...the local banks will raise the red flag...requirements will be higher...and you probably won't get through to any of the local credit unions.There are 1,000 equally good national lenders out there...just pick one and tell them what you are up to.

I have a meticulous screening process and have really good tenants who take care of my properties.First and foremost in big bold letters because it's super important- YOU MUST TREAT ALL APPLICANTS THE SAME SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE A FAIR HOUSING ISSUE.

(This is another common concern of those who are "vaccine hesitant") For the last year, every lab, every scientist, all the money has flowed to this one goal of vaccination so we can end this pandemic, a lot of red tape was removed and everything was fast tracked, allowing R&D and manufacture and distribution in record time.
