Introduction; Advise needed; LP

Hello I'm Paul. First post here. 

I live in the bay area and want to connect, network with and learn from members that are further on their journeys especially with regards to syndication LP strategy. I have been saving up and currently willing to invest some of it and become a LP. I have a little over 100k at this moment that is separate from my other regular savings.  

I have narrowed down what I want to invest in to syndications vs being an active landlord. Goal is to duplicate not replace my W2 income.

Anybody that is or was in my position, I'd love to connect with you. Any advise welcome.
