I arrived at this conclusion because within my reasearch I found that listing, prices, amount of time or "age" of the properties that are in the market have drops and rises of no more than 5% at most (the majorty are 1%-2%).

The one for July was scheduled for a hearing and I got a default judgement in August, then I filed a Petition for Warrant of Restitution and a few weeks after got an email from the sheriff that the schedule for eviction would be on October 5th.The tenant abandoned the property September 29, just six days before she could be evicted.

Normally I would look at photos to eliminate houses that don't look promising, but since the HUD homes were in the path of the other REO and investor held properties that I was going to be seeing, I just added them to my mapquest list and rode out to see them; boy was I surprised when I arrived at some of them.
