Hi BiggerPockets Community,

My name is Nathan Strine, I am going to be 20 at the end of this month and decided I wanted to start my journey to living financially free. I currently live in Pennsylvania, but I plan on relocating towards Texas (I hate the cold). I joined BP to get more guidance on what to do and not to do as well as networking with a group of people that know more about REI than me.
