These are the same groups I'd recommend.If you are free on Friday Mornings, you can come up to Grand Rapids for the RPOA investor networking group.  

Down side of not working at the office:No free coffee, no morning doughnuts, no office lunch on Fridays, no 5:00 PM beer in the fridge and can't make free photocopies sitting on the copier.The upside:No task master cat looking over your shoulder all day, no fur-balls on your keyboard, you won't get hit on for favors by other employees and you can keep your own health insurance plan.

I have 2 loans with them and my third should close Friday (just 1 week after I brought the deal to them!).

Hi Norm,Thanks for your post and for all your great feed back.i just found this site on Friday and you are right there is a lot of great info here to be had, I have been reading it for two days now.

I ended up just putting the house under contract this last Friday.

Lessons learned for sure.I'm thinking of sending an Offer of $35,250 this week, Friday is the 7th Day so they will accept offers then, maybe present offer on Wed or Thur...what do you think?
