As a new member one of the best pieces of advice I received was to set up some "Keyword Alerts" to get into conversation in your target area.

Your story caught my eye because I am a student about to receive my degree in marketing and communications.

I much prefer selecting the most qualified candidate, not necessarily the most speedy.In your situation, I would apprise both prospective tenants that you have received several calls of interest and have arranged to show the property through the weekend.

When I've bought houses in the past, I selected and paid an inspector and received the report.  

My husband and I are buying our second duplex (first was house-hack style) and we are having a hard time finding a good home insurance agent.Our current agent tells us that we cannot receive a HO policy until we have a signed lease with a tenant.  

The terms are negotiated between the lender and the borrower, the borrower can not be "Disqualified Person" and disqualified person can not receive any direct or indirect benefit as a result of such transaction. 

I received an original appraisal for 95K on prop I payed 72900 on, so I was excited about the deal. 2 weeks later I received another appraisal from the same company, dated the same as the original, but now for...you guessed it, 72900.

. ($100k investment would get 10% ownership on a $1M deal)- Cashflows: Investors receive up to 12% annual return on their investment paid monthly.

I've received multiple different answers as a new investor.
