COMPS? How do you calculate?
I would like to invite all investors and even real estate agents to this forum.
The big question, is
How do you calculate your comps?
How do you determine if a rental, fix and flip or buy and hold property is worth the time and effort?
How much do you need left on a flip as far as profit after purchase and repairs?
Obviously, any profit is good profit but just a question for you all.
I've received multiple different answers as a new investor.
