Its why buying a 3500 sq ft house in the snow zone for next to nothing.. the reason is no one can heat it and your tenants certainly cant.. there is something to be said for the 900 sq ft unit.

The only thing that doesn't make a lick of sense in this story is that Seattle attracts homeless people at a very high rate, higher than any other city as far north as it is for one reason, the winters are extremely mild, it rarely even freezes or snows.
