It was a little ridiculous when it was snowing to be lowering the roof.

Its why buying a 3500 sq ft house in the snow zone for next to nothing.. the reason is no one can heat it and your tenants certainly cant.. there is something to be said for the 900 sq ft unit. 

Heck, some winters you might not even see any snow if you blink.

The only thing that doesn't make a lick of sense in this story is that Seattle attracts homeless people at a very high rate, higher than any other city as far north as it is for one reason, the winters are extremely mild, it rarely even freezes or snows.

When it snows, you cannot get to the mountains without hours on the roads. 

You're responsible for maintaining the yard, shoveling the snow, and protecting the area from safety hazards. 

We do get strong winds where I am, but mostly it is extreme temperatures and snow. 

As soon as the snow melts I'm going to Aspen and hitting Capitol Peak, that one especially gets my adrenaline going just thinking about it.

They share with me that in their 30's to 40's in age they focused 60% on the business, 30% family, 10% mentoring or helping others.Middle age 50's,60's they did about 45% business,40% family, and 15% mentoring.In their 70's now they do about 20% business, 50% family, and 30% mentoring to help others.They still work on large projects however have trained up others over decades to run their businesses for the most part.TIME is one of the most precious commodities.Majority of the population see their home as retirement and something to work for.
