Is $89k a lot for a house like this in Columbus?

Hey Isaac, I've worked with a lot of PMs here in Columbus Ohio, and have found a rockstar PM who does all of my turnovers for my investment properties.

Is anyone currently in the process of becoming a real estate agent or just recently finished in the Columbus, Ohio area? 

Doing a Hampton Inn in Columbus right now for Brackett Builders.

Birmingham, Atlanta, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Nashville, Chattanooga, Tampa, Jacksonville are all great markets with net yields of 8% to 12%+.

That said, it's time to convert to LLC's (probably a little late, but better late than never).Currently, I own 6 rentals in the State of Ohio (Columbus area specifically). 2 are on a mortgage, while 4 are owned free and clear.

I agree with the posters above, Simen...student renters here in Columbus, OH at The Ohio State University would not need staging photos to be interested in a renovated unit near campus.

Hey BP can anyone recommend some good title companies or law offices to do closing legs on wholesale deals?

I am looking for an experienced investor here in Columbus Ohio that could show how it is done from beginning to end.
