Hi!

I'm wondering what your views are when it comes to having a interior proffesional stage your apartments like it will be easier to rent out? Thoughts?

If not everytime, then what about once to get good pictures? Thoughts?

Thanks!

Hi Simen,  That sounds like renting out rooms and each person pays their own portion of the rent?  I personally would treat that as 5 separate units each worth about $900.  Not something I would stage.  Then again, I'm in S. Oregon and nobody stages around here.  Look at what others in your market with similar units are doing and do whatever it takes to be competitive.  If it doesn't rent for what you need un-staged, maybe then stage it.
