In order to get a good quote (with minimal effort), I linked a video of the job description where I explained what I desired cleaned via You Tube and asked for bids via CL.

They seem all too eager to play video games, live with their parents, buy cars and trucks they can't afford and purchase clothes that are marked up 300% .

I've watched numerous videos on REI strategies and systems to the point I think my brain is about to explode but haven't learned anything useful other than the fact that these programs are extremely costly.

@Jay Hinrichs - After watching @Brian Burke 's video in San Francisco from his presentation (anyone who attended Brian's talk at that Meetup back in November will know what I am talking about) I am going to stick with commercial!
