That aspect is not passive, full of challenges, and typically requires building relationships. 

I will just reiterate that it depends on your goals and if you want to be heavily involved in all aspects of owning real estate or not.

I inforce the lease to the letter and do not consider excuses/lies.Being on top of all aspects of your business negates having to consider anything tenants may say.

I think the remodel looks well done, but you're not doing yourself any favors highlighting aspects of it.  

I was looking more into the vacation rental aspect, like airbnb, HomeAway, etc.
