What is the best way to calculate a good deal, on buy a home for short term rentals. I am currently interested in buying some property. That I want to use for short term rentals. I just seem to be lost on how to calculate if I'm buying a good deal or not.

@Neal Collins  city of Napa CA.. just criminally indicted a landlord for doing AIRBNB.

of course he is a knucklehead he was warned many times..
