Also - you need to consider what additional risk you have holding in your individual names if, for instance, your partner runs into financial troubles and his/her other creditors get a judgment and attach a lien to his/her interest in the property.  

Unlike say a Century 21 which is often individually owned franchise, my company Long & Foster is all corporately owned....so they spend a lot of money on marketing and building the brand for us.
