Don’t always assume that short term rentals are all about beds and heads.

Some bedrooms are huge and could easily fit two bunk beds (four kids) or two queen beds (two adults and two children or four adults).

Also average rental for 3 bed in north Plainfield is 1600-1800 so those tenants getting a deal.Option 3- bids for this due by 5pm today thus urgency.

I'm a single guy, so I basically have a guest bed and guest bath that are going to be fully furnished yet never get used otherwise.
