Cross the "t" and dot the "i" and don't be afraid to take it slow, in fact I suggest you stay away from anything that feels like a fire drill.

However what I meant is that to me transitioning to a full timer means you make about the same or more than you did in your corporate job.

@Eddie T. my contractor did a good job on price for me... but remember I have 9 units plus exterior, so it was a BIG project for him.  

My CPA meant he can do the paperwork to set up my LLC for $200.
