Do I apply for financing with lenders for conventional and see if I can qualify (another hard ding on my credit) or do I go straight to Hard money lending/ seller financing. 

I am trying to get educated on this because I cannot get a straight answer from my lender and closing date is in three weeks.

@Jay Helms Expect some possible missed rents from some affordable housing properties, especially with certain evictions being on a 30 day hiatus for the courts(NC), however getting ahead and vocalizing to tenants benefits to paying rent on time will be key.

We are straight up long term buy and hold multi-family.

Specifically in the months ahead, I don't see a rational reason for there to be increased demand in self-storage as people could potentially be compromised financially and a self-storage payment isn't going to be high on their list.
