I'm new to this site and just graduated from college.

Hello everyone I am new to the site, but I have been reading other people's post.

While there is a lot of great advice, help and encouragement on this site and in books, and courses; nothing will replace what you learn on the street.By getting out there, you learn your weaknesses, your strengths and what you really need to work on in your life in the real world!

Looking forward to learning, contributing and building my network on this site.

A friend of mine told me about this site and the podcasts so I will be listening on my way to work now. @ James Vermillion great advice, I will look into that.

Welcome to BP Nate and Sharon, I think you will find this to be an excellent networking site, but there are tons of other resources here, so make sure you take some time to navigate the site.

Right now I am labeled on this site as a wholesaler and I've been trying to change it to rehabber/wholesaler.

I have been using the site to educate myself on a variety of subjects over the last few years and am now ready to develop my network and make my first deal.I have been renting in Syracuse and am now looking to purchase a 1-4 unit property.

I'm surprised to see the biggerpockets site endorsing it in spite of this.
