Hello to all!!! I have been following BP for a long time but his is my first post. My name is Duane Mangalindan, I live in Jackson, TN. I have been here for 5 years originally from L.A. I'm a Real Estate Agent by trade & a RE investor at heart & mind. Thanks to Josh Dorkin & Brandon Turner & their AMAZING podcast. Especially the ones with Chris Clothier & Mike Lacava. Any tips on trying to narrow down a niche?
