I want to buy a new private home and use my current primary residence equity (plus some cash) to buy a new primary house cash and then sell the old one.So, I am looking for a HELOC with little to no closing costs, as I will retain the money only for as long as I am selling my old house after buying a new one.Any advice?

There is a right way and a wrong way to do a LLC, 99% follow the herd on biggerpockets and think they are "protected" by doing this but all it seems like they are doing is throwing money away by making life harder for themJust my non legal 2 cents on this.

Overall It's pretty new  and they are still working out bugs here and there but they do take feedback seriously and they've implemented several of those changes in a pretty short amount of time considering.
