Hello bigger pocket members,I found a great deal in Denver Colorado but I am looking for some assistance in raising capital.

I'm in Colorado Springs and this particular flood plane is nowhere near a burn scar or anything to make me think flooding will be bad and I'm not even sure why this flood plane is there.So my question is this, do you think landscaping measures can eliminate my need to insure for the severe flood plane and allow me to insure for the lesser of the two evils?

I justify the cost, by chalking it up to just the cost of being able to go on vacation any time we want, go any where we want, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors here in Colorado!

Hello, I'm in Colorado Springs and looking to get the property line between my property and the yard behind it so that I can put in a retaining wall and ensure it is on my property.

That said, I still wonder if we'll see a slow down if Covid-19 comes back strong in Colorado in the fall and if that effect on the economy starts to filter into the white collar jobs.
