Denver's well-positioned to recover from recession

Looks like Denver once again is going to fare better than other cities in an economic crisis. Two stories highlight this recently.

Denver made the list of 10 cities best positioned to rebound in a report put out by Moody's Analytics. Moodys plotted population density against two educational factors: the percentage of people with college or graduate degrees and the percentage of jobs in that area that require college or graduate degrees.

The Wall Street Journal also had a whole story about how Denver looks poised to come out this coronavirus recession quicker than other metro areas.

I will admit that I have been skeptical about how quickly any recovery would be. But these stories, and the volume of new buyer clients we're working with, are persuading me that the Mile High City might be okay for homebuyers and investors moving forward.
